Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore I respectfully request 48 hour notice for any cancellations. This allows me time to book another client in your time slot. ONE DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hrs in advance you will be charged a 20% of your scheduled service amount. I understand emergencies and illness occur. If this is the case please call and you will not be charged for this type of cancellation. NO SHOWS Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment time will be charged the 20% cancellation fee and in addition will be required to pay a 50% deposit of the full service amount in order to book future services. This deposit will go towards the total service amount at the time of their next appointment. LATE ARRIVALS If you are more than 15 minutes late you will most likely need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients scheduled after you and will be subject to a cancellation fee.
